Rudolf is a Digital Media Manager at Merck for the digital workplace, which allows employees to communicate and collaborate more easily and in a never before seen way. He is advocating for a comprehensible user experience of the digital workplace to ease each process for the user and to win their trust and willingness in embracing change.
His background is in the management and introduction of media channels and intranets. After managing the corporate website landscape and the social media appearance of Merck for three years, he was deeply involved in the implementation of the first global digital workplace within the company for the last three and a half years. This last journey showed him many surprises, challenges, successes and learnings from an organization with about 50,000 employees.
