Penny is a digital strategist and omnichannel specialist. With a background in content management and user experience, Penny has worked with household names such as Shell, Vodafone, Oxfam and Symantec, defining and delivering digitised consumer and business experiences. Penny has developed a deep understanding for how CMS and CRM make personalised digital experiences achievable, both from the business but crucially also the customer/UX perspective.

She now leads omnichannel for Nobia – who manufacturer and provider kitchens throughout Europe – helping the company to make digital integral to customer experience through domain-relevant technologies such as collaborative drawing and VR as well as more traditional touch points.
