My job at J. Boye is to provoke digital managers and leaders from around the world to continually assess what they do; to re-evaluate how they approach the management and strategic alignment of all the digital channels. -And as importantly: how to organise and manage the people on the team.
I help those digital heroes shape and sharpen their thinking so they can push digital higher up on the agenda in their organisation; help them highlight and demonstrate how pervasive digital has become and what potential it has if managed well. Equip them to make better decisions. I collect and share best (and worst!) practice examples from the working lives of digital teams in organisations across all sectors and industries.
I moderate knowledge sharing sessions and teach tutorials in Europe, the US and Canada. I am excited by helping smart people become smarter through sharing knowledge, experience and other useful assets with peers. Years of listening and advising in this field means I have a finger on the pulse and a deep knowledge of the digital trends and tendencies in complex organisations everywhere. I am part of a small, but highly inspiring international team.
Apart from moderating Groups, I work on the J. Boye conferences, consult and advise on intranet / digital workplace strategy, organise research trips for members and generally focus on all aspects of business development; including J. Boye’s various partnerships. My background is in business development, brand management and strategic marketing.
