Adam is a New Zealander who has been living and working in France since 2003.
A lawyer by profession, Adam has also worked in journalism, PR, and communications. Moving to France allowed him to adopt a new language and engage with a new culture.
Adam joined Air Liquide in 2008 in Corporate Communications, and quickly saw the need to rethink intranets and internal digital environments to take into account new ways of working, including greater mobility, online communities and other social collaboration.
From 2014 Adam took on responsibility for the change management aspects of the digital workplace project. This platform is now deployed across the Group and is a catalyst for widespread digital transformation.
