At Forbrugerrådet Tænk (Danish Consumer Council), Anne-Katrine and her team achieved success in 2016 by applying the lessons learnt from their last major web project in 2011. She will explain how existing management forums were used to deliver short case-study based masterclasses in digital, during which management decisions were made.
