What does pursuing an agile approach require? Is it about unlearning old habits and learning new ones, which can be a mammoth and time-consuming task? Is it something which applicable to only IT delivery? Or is there a wider, more meaningful scope?

While the behavioural side is important, the structural side of driving Agile is often overlooked. The things you chose to believe in are an important part of the structures you create. As such, beliefs are crucial to success with Agile. And having the freedom to perform and the opportunity to contribute requires empowerment.

In this session, Morten will explore how to become an organisation where succeeding with Agile is possible. Through exercises and discussion, he will reveal that there are things you could choose to believe in that would actually improve your chances of a favourable outcome.
