Experiences that fly: making digital relevant in transit

26 million passengers travel through Copenhagen Airport (CPH) each year to over 150 destinations. With extensive facilities air side, and a catalogue of awards, it has a significant presence on the World’s stage. How then to complement and enhance this through its digital presence?

Morten is leading a digital programme of change to create a consistent user experience that meets business objectives independently of suppliers, systems and devices. By anchoring his approach in the organisation’s existing consumer-centric approach, he is placing the customer at the focal point. Like-many consumer-centric organisations, the challenge is therefore to offer an exceptional omnichannel experience.

In this talk, Morten will explore the challenge of achieving excellent omnichannel and experiences, and share the approach needed to orientate around the customer rather than the platform or product. This talk is particularly relevant for those leading digital, especially with transformation ahead or underway.
