Air Liquide began its digital workplace journey some years ago, building its vision through several phases of testing and consulting, before moving to implement.
Now, over the past 2 years this international group (68,000 employees, 80 countries) has moved its staff to a cloud-based collaboration suite which is now the backbone of its digital workplace.
The greatest challenges and the biggest potential gains come from addressing the human factors in such a change, and Air Liquide’s approach reflects this.
This session will cover the main aspects of this progression and give examples of how employees have been empowered to become actors in the transformation.
Adam Cutforth has been in charge of the change management aspects of the deployment. His “home base” is the company’s corporate university which has been united in supporting the deployment, while also being an operational part of the deployment project itself, in contact with teams worldwide.
