Breaking down the complexity of social intranets

The Social Intranet is not a mystery any more. Many companies do have

social tools which are working – although not always perfectly. Others are still fighting with the complexity of scoping and planning a new Social Intranet, which meets all the various usage scenarios of a modern workplace.

In this session, we will explore how different companies’ are managing their requirements by looking at scenarios rather than features.

This approach helps bring business, IT, communication and other stakeholder onto the same page when discussing and prioritising requirements.

It also helps to establish a consistent Change Management approach from the outset as well as more effective review and re-engineering approaches down the line.

We look at the importance of having good frameworks, apps and services in the future.

Presentation highlights:

  • You will get an overview of best practices for identifying and structuring tasks for setting up new social Intranets and employee tools.
  • You will moreover get input on reviewing existing Intranet approaches.
