Employee Engagement & Branding

Employee Engagement conference trackWednesday, 2 November

Successful organisations have recognised the need to move beyond traditional ‘internal communications – pushing corporate messaging and news. They now know they need to deploy many more initiatives and tactics in order to secure real employee engagement and all the benefits that derive from it; retention, branding.

Informing employees about the company strategy, its products and services and the surrounding competition has become a business aspect as important as cash flow. It is about engaging employees in internal programmes, in the values of the business and in the culture of the organisation. And it is about inspiring a sense of purpose and a reason for choosing to work at your organisation; resulting in higher productivity and better collaboration.

Many organisations are far from reaching their full potential in these areas. This track explores and investigates what some of the best in class are doing.

The scope is widening:

  • It is about informing employees about the company strategy, its products and services and the competition in the surrounding world.
  • It is about enabling productivity, collaboration and understanding.
  • It is about engaging employees in internal programmes, in the values of the business and in the culture of the organisation. And it is about inspiring a sense of purpose and a reason for choosing to work at your organisation.
