Customer Experience

Program |TracksSpeakers

Customers – and increasingly employees – expect their experience of your digital presence to be as good as, if not better than, their experiences elsewhere. With many known brands offering seamless experiences across different devices and channels, they expect to engage with you at their convenience, on whichever device they are using, wherever and whenever it suits them. In truth, it is a long road to get there, and few organisations have sight of those building the road.

Customer Experience explores customer advocacy within organisations by looking at how digital touch points are shaping the way their organisations work and adapt.

The conference track was moderated by Janus Boye who shared his learnings in a posting titled Insights from a day focusing on customer experience
